We are looking for a Full or Part Time Clinic Assistant/Receptionist to:

• Meet and greet patients at the front counter.
• Register patients.
• Book and coordinate appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks including arranging laboratory investigations, diagnostic procedures, booking surgical procedures, coordinating with operating theatres and arranging ward admissions.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries.
• Assist the doctor in clinic.
• Manage billing and collecting payment.
• Manage insurance related claims and paperwork.
• Manage orders and maintain inventories of supplies to support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
• Any miscellaneous duties for the operational running of clinic e.g. general cleanliness.

Required attributes – you should:

• Be warm, friendly, and empathetic towards patients.
• Be humble, honest, responsible and organised.
• Be IT literate and familiar with clinical software management systems e.g. Plato Medical.

Working Hours:

• Full-time 5.5 working days
• Office hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday: 9am to 1pm.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time.

Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500 per month for Full-time staff. Part-time staff salary negotiable.
