Clinic Receptionist

Job Description:

• Provide warm welcome to all patients/customers in person or over the phone
• Booking/Confirming/Scheduling of patients
• Ensure that all patients cases are sent out and to monitor when cases are sent back
• Update system and to schedule patient for their next appointment once case is back from the lab
• Perform cashiering duties and basic tracking form for daily sales
• Handle all walk-ins and call enquiries
• Ensure that all patients who enter the clinic to do their safe entry and fill up the covid declaration form before seeing the dentist
• To manage the appointment slots well for the day in any case the treatments might have taken a longer time, the next patient should be informed
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Clinic IC’s or Manager.
