Participate in weekly RFQ discussions to prioritize tasks.
Update LinkedIn content and maintain account accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries and manage stock declarations (MRP parts and others).
Process RFQs, send quotations, and monitor FA, production builds, and ECN activation.
Manage inventory, passive, excess, and aging stock monthly.
Attend production and customer meetings on delivery and other matters.
Perform ad-hoc tasks from upper management.

At least NITEC and minimum 2 years of related working experience
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to work beyond normal call of duty as and when required
