What the day will look like

Work with regional / Country and growth theme leaders to develop the pipeline, rank & prioritise key sales targets and growth objectives, identify and support the hiring of resources

Leading ’Delivering Aon United’ and building an Aon United pipeline, embedding a culture that drives that agenda across the network to support growth, including new products that respond to emerging risks

Work with regional and growth themes leaders to:

Support large and complex new placements

Identify ‘cross’ sell opportunities
-
Solve placement issues/renumeration terms
-
Resolve coverage and claims issues liaising with client services/claims advocate as required
-
Maximise Aon’s market leverage, client relationship, innovation, and data & analytics strategy

Coordinate growth strategy and resources with those of other parts of the company in further building an Aon United team culture
Skills and experience that will lead to success
-
At least 8 years relevant experience in Reinsurance, with strong team and winning new client leadership
-
Strong track record of establishing business plans and executing the plan, ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and focused on execution.

Well-connected across international markets; strong influencing skills; ability to work collaboratively and in cooperation with various stakeholders.
