About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Interior Designer to join our team! Whether you’re a fresh graduate or someone looking to pivot into the world of interior design, this role is perfect for you. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, handling everything from concept development to project completion. If you’re excited by the challenge of balancing aesthetics with functionality and want to see your designs come to life, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and needs.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to source materials, furnishings, and finishes.
• Assist in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and site inspections to ensure high-quality execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for interior design and a creative mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training!
• No prior experience needed—this is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or career switchers.

  Base Salary Tiered Profit Sharing: Earn a base salary (SGD 1,000 - 2,500) with the potential for higher earnings through profit sharing based on project performance.
  Project Fee (Commission): Receive a commission based on the profit of each project upon successful handover.
  Monthly Incentives: Achieve monthly targets and earn one-time cash incentives upon full payment collection from clients.
