Our team thrives on creativity, precision, and seamless project execution—and we’re looking for an organized Office Administrator to support our operations.
✔ Data Management – Accurately input and maintain project details, client records, and supplier databases.
✔ Invoicing & Finance Tracking – Prepare invoices (Microsoft Excel), monitor payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
✔ Client & Vendor Coordination – Handle emails, calls, and scheduling for designers and contractors.
✔ Office Operations – Manage procurement, document filing, and general administrative tasks.
✅ Experience: At least 1 year in administration (experience in interior design, construction, or retail is a plus).
✅ Tech-Savvy: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization) Word/Outlook.
✅ Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✨ Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software.
✨ Basic knowledge of interior design materials/projects.
