Job description
Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 construction firms which has a strong construction portfolio in public sector projects. In view of new government project, they are looking for a Planning Manager to manage overall construction sequence and analysis.
Job Description:
In charge of implementation and monitoring project baseline programme with the given milestones
Preparing and manage overall master programmes, critical path mapping, delay analysis, overall construction sequences review, schedule and interface programme impact study
To prepare and submit monthly progress report
Participate in all meeting (ie. Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)
Record / Document weekly progress meeting held with the client, consultants and sub-contractors
Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
Developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans
Requirements:
Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Possesses at least 10 years of building project construction planning experience and experienced with Primavera 6 / MS Projects.
Well-versed in the sequence of works and authority requirements.
Proficient in planning works and material schedule
Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team.
