Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices.
Support talent acquisition and onboarding to enhance employee experience.
Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports for auditing and strategic decision-making.
Assist in performance management processes to drive employee development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and organisational goals.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
Minimum 2 years of HR working experience
Require prior experience of handling HR matters in Construction industry.
Proficient in MS Microsoft
Organised, meticulous, good team player with interpersonal and communication skills and excellent team spirit.
High level of integrity, confidentially and accountability.
