Senior / Occupational Therapist – Rehabilitation Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation goals and strategies
• Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and nurses in integrated care planning
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with the relevant licensing authority
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a clinical/hospital setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient care
Willing to work weekdays and alternate half-day Saturdays
