Administrative Assistant (Singapore)
Job description
As an Administrative Assistant at The Ascent Group, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Your responsibilities include managing office administration, handling reception duties, and coordinating with local and overseas stakeholders. You will also assist in ad-hoc functions and provide support to the Singapore team and other global offices as needed.
Requirements: Candidates should hold a minimum “A” level or Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative experience. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive and detail-oriented mindset is required, as well as the ability to start work by March 2025.
Location: This role is based in Singapore, on a full-time and onsite work arrangement offering career growth opportunities.
