COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Project Administrator to coordinate project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage schedules, prepare project reports and documentations, and communicate progress to all team members.
Project Administrator responsibilities include facilitating of communications between clients and the project team, preparing and managing of required reports and documentations for the purpose of project planning and claims purposes.
For this role, you will work with a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, so good communication, collaboration skills, detail orientation are essential. Ultimately, you will ensure our projects meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting summaries.
- Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, reports, and task lists.
- Create and update workflows•Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Order resources, like equipment and software•Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies).
- Utilizing project management tools to track tasks, manage timelines, and generate reports.
- Measure and report on project performance.
- Act as the point of contact for between client and project team.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior/Head of Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Business Administration or a related construction field.
- Proven work experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and project schedules.
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
