Programme Assistant (Part Time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounts / Administrative

• Manage filing systems and organize office supplies.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage common email boxes, ensuring timely responses to emails.
• Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
• Attend to alarm alerts and handle related tasks.
• Collect cash and assist with basic bookkeeping functions (training will be provided over time).

2. Programs

• Coordinate and manage call-outs for programs.
• Organize and facilitate regular sessions, such as Karaoke, ensuring they run smoothly on a daily basis.

3. Housekeeping

• Ensure the general cleanliness and upkeep of the center.

GCE N or O-level

Job Requirements

• Experience in Eldercare / Healthcare is an advantage
• Applicants without experience, training will be provided
• Must be authorised to work in Singapore

Working Hours

Mondays 8:30 am to 5:45 pm (inclusive 45 mins lunch break)

Saturdays 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
