Main Duties & Responsibilities
The Store Manager & Service Manager is a key leader in our client’s retail operations, driving business performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences that embody the Brand’s spirit. They are responsible for leading store operations, driving business performance, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will create an inclusive and positive work environment, aligning with the Brand’s mission while fostering team growth and operational excellence. The Store Manager is a true business owner for their store.
Business Leader
- Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, service, operations, and visual merchandising, to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute retail strategies tailored to market trends and clientele needs, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Utilize KPIs and business analytics to drive store performance, identify sales opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead the team by leveraging company tools, incentives and strategies to support meeting sales goals.
- Analyse sales and traffic patterns to identify growth opportunities and optimize staffing levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to execute organizational goals and initiatives effectively.
People Leader
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values and building a store culture aligned with the brand mission.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve personal and professional growth.
- Inspire and develop team members by promoting a strong team spirit and creating personalized career progression plans, ensuring we retain our best talent.
Operations Leader
- Oversee cashiering responsibilities, cash handling processes, including daily reconciliation, cash float management, expense validation, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage workforce planning and scheduling to ensure optimal sales floor coverage while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to operational, visual, and financial guidelines, maintaining store standards and safeguarding company assets.
- Maintain accurate records of store operations, such as lost and found items, staff wardrobe inventory, and financial reports, while ensuring timely submission to relevant departments.
- Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities assigned as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years (Assistant Store Manager) or 5 years (Store Manager) of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on KPIs, sales performance, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business results.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Aligned with the company’s values and mission, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Experience in Singapore’s retail market is highly preferred.
