Job Responsibilities:
Create Musical Magic: Lead engaging one-on-one lessons in piano, guitar, violin, or voice, making every class a fun and exciting journey for students of all ages.
Teach with Passion: Deliver structured lessons following the Aureus curriculum, ensuring students develop strong musical skills while fostering a lifelong love for music.
Conduct Engaging Lessons: Use interactive teaching methods, personalized instruction, and creative exercises to keep students motivated and eager to learn.
Encourage Growth: Prepare students for performances and provide clear goals and guiding them every step of the way.
Stay Connected: Provide regular progress updates to parents through the Aureus App, ensuring they stay informed and engaged in their child’s musical journey.
Host Recitals: Organize student performances and showcase events that give students the confidence to perform in front of an audience and celebrate their achievements.
Grow with Us: Represent Aureus at outreach events, roadshows, and other initiatives to promote the joy of music education and connect with new students.
Track Progress with Positivity: Assess students' abilities, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate milestones to keep them motivated and confident.
Inspire & Lead: Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical creativity.
Keep Learning & Growing: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest music education trends.
Be a Role Model: Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching while bringing your own unique personality into the classroom.
Hiring Criteria:
A Master’s, Bachelor’s, or Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM) – we love passionate and well-trained musicians!
We’re looking for someone with a bright, cheerful, and engaging personality who can inspire students and make lessons exciting.
Confidence in speaking and engaging with students, parents, and colleagues is a must.
