Job Description

1. Music accredited personnel who has an outgoing personality and keen interest in teaching.

2. To use Edutech and conduct self-improvement and company improvement using the philosophy and methodologies of the school.

3. To perform the teaching resources via R&D.

Responsibilities

1. To learn the philosophy and teaching methodologies of EE MUSIC and how to carry them out effectively in class.

2. Music teacher for small groups learning Digital piano and performing collaborative teaching

3. To perform R&D work to add on to the teaching resources

4. Using and improving the EduTech products

5. Compile reports and have regular feedback with parents and checking on students progress

Competencies

1. Minimum ABRSM Grade 6 Practical and Theory or equivalent.

2. Must like children.

3. Is friendly and approachable.

4. Good learning attitude.

5. Able to take on IT skills to be infused into music education.

6. To do research and use IT tools, to add, change, or update teaching resources.

7. Organised.
