Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules, aligning with capacity and customer demands.
Oversee inventory management, material planning, and just-in-time scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including Production, Master Planner, and Sales, to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workflow.
Review and update planning data in VM systems, ensuring accuracy in BOM, material master data, routing, and work centers.
Monitor MRP, ensuring timely material procurement to meet production requirements.
Conduct weekly planning meetings and provide reports on sales orders, capacity loading, and work order execution.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, quality standards, and 5S practices.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
