Baker & McKenzie.Wong & Leow is looking for a Intellectual Property Executive to join our Tier 1 Intellectual Property & Technology (IP Tech) practice in Singapore.

About the Team

Baker McKenzie.Wong & Leow's IP Tech practice is one of the largest full-service IP and technology practices in Singapore and has been consistently ranked Band/Tier 1 by both Chambers and Legal500.

We undertake a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters in the intellectual property, technology, commercial and regulatory areas. Our reputation and experience help ensure that our clients, who include the owners of some of the world’s best known brands, are advised by a team that can provide local insight and practical advice as well as develop a cutting-edge, multi-jurisdictional protection strategy as required.

About the Candidate

Our ideal candidate would have:

• Strong academic background, having taken IP module(s) in university;
• Exceptional technical, drafting, and commercial skills;
• Contentious work experience;
• Strong client service orientation;
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team (including across Asia Pacific offices and internationally);
• Strong business development aptitude, interest and experience;
• Keen and analytical mind, good at legal analysis and with a knack for problem solving;
• Commitment to high work standards; and Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
