Architectural/Technical Coordinator (Corenet Submission)

• Manage the CORENET interface for all submission-related tasks.
• Take responsibility for specific aspects of design and project development as assigned by the Project Leader.
• Assist in coordinating with external design teams and organizations, managing digital aspects as directed.
• Prepare and develop sketches, drawings, models, images, specifications, and other project-related documents under the guidance of the Project Leader or designated Architect.
• Support Architects, Designers, and Project Leaders in managing changes, including preparing RVOs and maintaining historical records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory submissions, preparing necessary documents as directed.

Requirements

• Diploma/NITEC and above in Architectural, Civil, or related Design Discipline
• At least 1-3 years of prior experience in an Architectural or Professional Engineering Consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Corenet submission; the ability to properly perform submissions is crucial
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work with different external stakeholders and key partners
