Design (C&S) Engineer, Construction

• Coordinate design and C&S/technical engineering services for building construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with consultants on service scopes, design, and project deliverables to optimize site efficiency and constructability.
• Familiar with obtaining necessary authority approvals/clearances, including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB, etc.
• Manage the design approval process, coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure designs strictly comply with contractual requirements throughout the project.
• Distribute all approved, up-to-date drawings and related documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Promote a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, striving for zero accidents and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Construction or Consultancy Environment
• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural, Architectural or relevant engineering discipline
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
• Local construction knowledge
