Senior Project Architect

• Experienced with entire project processes including authority submission
• Able to manage multiple projects independently
• Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes
• Liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors
• Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in architectural or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the architectural industry
• Must have experience in data centre projects
• Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
