Architectural Manager, Main-Contract (MRT Project)

• Project - Main-Contractor function, MRT Project (must have prior MRT project experience; at least one-cycle of completion)
• Lead the planning, design, and supervision of building and infrastructure construction, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and integrate various engineering elements to create a cohesive design for client review and approval.
• Manage architectural scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project supervision, and documentation while securing client approvals.
• Develop conceptual plans, renderings, and design documents to communicate project vision and scope.
• Prepare and refine drawings and specifications for various design phases, including Conceptual, Schematic, and Detailed Design.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams (e.g., structural, M&E engineers, quantity surveyors) to align on design intent and address technical clarifications to ensure smooth project progression.
• Resolve architectural challenges with key stakeholders, maintaining project integrity and alignment with design goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering with a minimal of 5-Years prior Architectural experience
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
• Conversant with local codes & regulations
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
• Project experience with MRT/Metro/Transit Infrastructure is essential
