Specification Manager, Architectural Solutions/Building Materials

We are representing an International Architectural Solutions/Construction Materials manufacturer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop specifications (Singapore Market) for architects, designers, and contractors to develop the company's range of product, providing expert advice to professional bodies, boosting our reputation and shaping industry discussions.
• Develop creative solutions to design and feasibility challenges that meet local market standards.
• Identify and connect with potential clients on construction projects, securing specifications and contracts.
• Provide technical guidance and training to the sales team, architects, and key decision-makers.
• Build and manage a strong project pipeline, collaborating with the Marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
• Create account plans targeting the right projects based on size, timing, and potential for success.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.

This role demands not only a refined design sensibility but also a capacity for genuine collaboration, alongside a deep appreciation for the evolving currents in urban design. • A Degree background in Engineering/Civil or Architecture
• At least 5-7 years of experience in Specification/Product Management or Account/Sales Management for Construction Materials, Building Systems or Architectural Solutions
