Job Descriptions
Recruitment Administration – Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including document verification and preparing cover letters.
P-File Maintenance – Ensure candidate documents are properly signed, named, and filed; perform regular checks for accuracy.
Onboarding Coordination – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for pre-employment processes and send welcome emails to new hires.
Recruitment Tracking Updates – Maintain and update recruitment tracking files, including consolidating data from multiple institutions.
Correspondence Management – Communicate with MOHH and candidates for verification processes, salary holds, and necessary approvals.
Monthly Reports – Support the preparation and submission of monthly MMO reports.
Project & Event Support – Provide administrative and logistical support for departmental events, including scheduling, communication, and coordination.
Audit & Compliance Checks – Ensure all recruitment documents are complete, accurate, and ready for audits through self-checks and verification.
Job Requirements
Only Singaporean need to apply.
Min Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field.
Comfortable in dealing with volumes of data.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
