Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers in target industries.
Develop outreach strategies using cold emails or other methods to generate new leads.
Craft personalised and high-converting email sequences for cold outreach and follow-ups, tailored to different audience segments.
Implement A/B testing and analyse performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, reply rates) to optimise email effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices (avoiding spam filters, GDPR considerations).
Leverage automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp) to scale and streamline outbound campaigns.
Continuously refine lead qualification criteria to increase conversion rates and improve sales pipeline quality.
Collaborate with sales teams to align messaging, audience segmentation, and outreach strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, sales automation tools, and outbound marketing innovations to enhance prospecting efforts.
What We’re Looking For
2 years of experience in B2B sales development, outbound marketing, or email marketing.
Proven track record in generating leads and converting prospects through cold email outreach in B2B business.
Strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.
Excellent email copywriting skills —able to craft persuasive, concise, and engaging messages that drive responses.
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
Data-driven mindset —ability to track campaign performance, analyse metrics, and optimise outreach efforts.
Highly self-motivated, organised, and resilient , thriving in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
