Administrative Tasks:

Office Management:

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
Manage office budgets and expenses.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
