Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes within our holding company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives across our diversified industries especially in Marine sector.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR best practices and policies.
Foster a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and performance.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain effective workforce planning strategies.
Implement talent retention and career development programs.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all business units.
Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts when necessary.
Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Performance Management & Training:
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.
Encourage continuous professional development and upskilling initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Benchmark compensation practices to remain competitive in the industry.
Ensure employee benefits programs meet company objectives and legal requirements.
HR Operations & Technology:
Implement HR management systems and optimize HR operational processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Experience in industries such as Marine or Logistics are preferred.
Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple business units with diverse HR needs.
