🍃 Synthesis – A wellness-themed restaurant-bar hidden behind a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medical hall facade. Synthesis offers a holistic dining experience with TCM-inspired cuisine and cocktails, promoting balance and wellness.
🌆 Mama Diam – A secret bar and restaurant tucked behind a 1980s-style provision shop. With its nostalgic vibe and modern twist on local flavors, Mama Diam has been spotlighted in STB campaigns like “Lost & Found in Singapore with Jackson Wang.”
🏙️ Lou Shang – Located above Mama Diam, this 1990s HDB corridor-inspired all-day café offers comforting brunches by day and laidback vibes by night.

We’re now looking for a passionate and people-focused HR Manager to join our dynamic team and help us build a stronger, happier, and more aligned workplace across all our brands.

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across the group, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, culture building, and compliance. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement a people-first HR framework that supports our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Performance Management: Collaborate with department heads to implement KPIs and performance review frameworks.
• Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive work culture through employee engagement programs, team bonding activities, and feedback initiatives.
• Policy & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date HR policies aligned with MOM regulations. Handle employee relations and grievances with professionalism.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize learning opportunities for staff at all levels.
• Payroll & Administration: Work closely with Finance to process payroll, manage leave and claims, and ensure accurate HR documentation.
• Culture Champion: Drive company values and ensure a consistent, inclusive culture across all outlets.
• HR Projects: Support CCP/JRR applications, internship programs, and other people-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, HR operations, and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — a true people person.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR responsibilities.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing HR across multiple brands.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Salary:

💰 $3,500 – $4,500, based on experience and qualifications.
