Job Description: Service Crew – Café

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our café team as Service Crew members. Age is not a barrier—whether you are young, retired, or anywhere in between, if you are willing to learn, enjoy working in a team, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we welcome you to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take orders accurately and process them efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
• Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring an organized workspace.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and courteously.
• Support the team in various roles as needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to café operations.
• Strong team player with a cooperative and respectful attitude.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Energetic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and care.
