Cafe Barista

Brawn & Brains Coffee is a coffee roaster and a cafe which focuses in serving excellent coffee, food & customer service.

We are seeking for highly motivated and energetic individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service to join our team as a Barista. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to our customers, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company's standards and recipes
• Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure a smooth operation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar and seating areas
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Assist in other areas of operations when required, such as cashiering, food preparation, and cleaning
• Able to work at different outlets upon required (East Coat Road / Hamilton Road) weekly schedule subject to change
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
