Key Responsibilities
- Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc
- Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process
- Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs, SPIFFS and Channel Partner Programs
- Drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks
- Partner with BI to streamline and standardize reporting needs
- Support Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects
- Strong advocate for best practices and change management
Qualifications
Who You Are
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a quantitative field of study
- Self-starter with at least 5 years sales operations, planning and business partnering experience
- Well-versed in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-generation systems such as Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator etc
- Experience with BI systems and dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment
- Design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1
