Job Description
Compliance and data analysis:
Data analysis support to key FSC programmes, activities and events (ie: Casework, Groupwork, Community Work, Supervision, Research)
To support in compliance to key FSC required standards and processes (SSR, Accreditation etc)
To undertake intake and enquiry role duties as part of 50% of job scope
To provide solutioning to FSC process improvement areas as identified by FSC management or key practice personnel.
To provide support to service group level initiatives involving data analysis and process improvement.
Enquiry and Intake:
To attend to client walk-ins and stakeholder referrals for FSC intervention
To undertake FSC enquiry and intake process to ascertain service fit and service need of walk-ins and referrals
To undertake professional social work documentation of intake calls or sessions
Programme support:
To work in a programme team to undertake programme planning and operations of the programme
To have close followup on ongoing tasks and directions of programme running
Competency traits required:
To have strong inclination towards big data management and data analyze
To be able to draw links between practice seen and data analyzed
To be able to present complex data augmented to stakeholders (internal and external) at different level of understanding
To have strong inclination towards problem solving and process improvement
To work well with individuals and in teams, both at management and line staff levels.
To be well versed or have potential to undertake change management
To be able to work well in complex environment, with multiple stakeholders (internal and external organization) drawing in multiple datas, context and perspectives.
To have proficient ability in word, excel functionality and data presentation tools and platforms.
To multitask on various ongoing portfolio of various FSC programmes, with accuracy, timeliness and meticulousness
To have interest, capacity and compassion to work with FSC clientele and their accompanying issues
To have emotional maturity and capacity to manage FSC clientele types and nature of the FSC work
To have strong ability to learn on the job and transfer learnings across context and
Qualifications
Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
