Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business development to acquire new clients through cold calling.
• Management and servicing of new & existing client accounts to increase/maintain market share.
• Understand client’s manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates to achieve high retention.
• Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portal platforms.
• Fulfilment of job orders – source, interview and assess potential candidates according to clients’ job order requirements.
Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree
• At least 1 year of HR / talent acquisition / sales support / business development experience
• Must be driven and motivated
• Candidates with more years of experience can be considered Senior level
• Training will be provided for applicants with no recruitment experience
• Comfortable with fast paced working environment
