Responsibilities:
Conduct business development to acquire new clients through cold calling.
Management and servicing of new & existing client accounts to increase/maintain market share.
Understand client’s manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions.
Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates to achieve high retention.
Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portal platforms.
Fulfilment of job orders – source, interview and assess potential candidates according to clients’ job order requirements.
Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree
At least 1 year of HR / talent acquisition / sales support / business development experience
Must be driven and motivated
Candidates with more years of experience can be considered Senior level
Training will be provided for applicants with no recruitment experience
Comfortable with fast paced working environment
