Job Posting for Senior Manager, Organizational Culture – APAC at CHAGEE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic culture leader to join CHAGEE’s APAC team as the Senior Manager, Organizational Culture. This role will be responsible for building and driving the end-to-end cultural strategy across our Asia-Pacific markets, ensuring that our purpose and values are not only communicated, but truly experienced by employees across countries, departments, and stores.
This role requires both system thinking and strong execution capability—designing frameworks while also leading large-scale cultural interventions and regional implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build CHAGEE’s APAC cultural system aligned with the group’s values and vision, integrating it into performance, leadership, people development, recognition, and rituals.
Lead end-to-end cultural program design and delivery across markets, from headquarters to frontline teams (including retail/store level).
Create and implement impactful interventions (e.g., leadership behaviors, storytelling, performance rituals, peer recognition) that allow employees to experience culture, not just hear about it.
Collaborate closely with country HRBPs, business heads, and store operations to localize and embed culture initiatives at scale.
Design and facilitate culture workshops, value-based leadership development, and regular culture engagement campaigns.
Partner with the performance, learning & development, and internal communications teams to embed values into the full employee lifecycle.
Act as the culture “glue” across countries—driving integration of local cultural nuances with CHAGEE’s global identity, and building a unique APAC regional culture.
Use data and feedback to continuously improve cultural strategies and enhance cultural alignment and employee belonging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in culture-building, employee engagement, or organizational development, preferably in a fast-growing or multi-country organization.
Proven track record in leading regional cultural transformation programs.
Experience designing and delivering interventions across performance, behavior change, leadership development, and engagement.
Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
Culturally sensitive with experience navigating multi-national and cross-cultural teams.
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
