Workplace Safety & Health Officer ( LTA Projects )

Job Description:

· Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of the company's safety systems.

· Achieve 100% Safety Rate

· Liaise closely with site staffs and project managers on all safety and health issues.

· To supervise safety and promote safe conduct.

· To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work.

· Conduct regular safety inspections/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct a safety gap analysis.

· Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as toolbox meetings.

· Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.

· Continuous improvement on EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO9001, 14001, 45001 & Bizsafe

· Attend to any government agencies, insurance companies, auditors etc.

· Any other duties as stipulated in WSH Act.

Job Requirements:

· Mandatory MOM registered WSHO

· Advantage to have NEA registered ECO, PUB registered ECMO & SCDF registered FSM.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LTA projects.

· Ability to present a professional image and act in the best interest of the Company.

· Able to work across all departments and functions.

· Class 3 driver licence with own transport is an advantage.

· Immediate or short notice is preferred
