Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly sales report / market analysis report Handle sales order entries and tackle sales commission issues with the billing team Maintain and work on internal sales system (CRM / Sales force system etc.) Cooperate with various departments to enhance and improve working process on Accounts Receivables and Credit Control Assist other departments in organizing activities and promotional events when required Handle other ad hoc administration duties and customer projects & activities
Requirements:
Diploma & above At least 2 years of relevant working experience in office administration Proficient in MS Office Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable with outgoing & pleasant personality Strong sense of responsibility, mature, self-motivated, proactive, attention to details and is able to work independently Able to communicate queries and feedback from Mandarin speaking associates and customers)
