Job Posting for Finance Manager at CHINA UNICOM (SINGAPORE) OPERATIONS PTE. LTD.
Key responsibilties:
System Development:Build the regional financial management system.
Develop and refine financial management processes and foundational policies.
Asset and Fund Management:Oversee regional asset and fund management.
Establish internal controls and risk warning mechanisms to ensure the safety and integrity of state-owned assets.
Improve resource utilization efficiency.
Taxation and Audit:Organize external audits and tax filings for regional companies.
Provide guidance for operational companies within the region on related tasks.
Financial Planning:Conduct financial planning within the region and manage cross-border tax planning.
Oversee comprehensive budgeting for the region.
Financial Support:Guide accounting and financial management support for national subsidiaries within the region.
Oversee financial inspections of regional subsidiaries.
Lead regional financial digitalization and intelligent financial systems initiatives.
Financial Reporting:Manage the preparation and coordination of financial reports (monthly and quarterly) across the region.
Performance Appraisal:Implement regional and national organizational performance appraisals.
Oversee the execution of performance evaluations for national subsidiaries.
Qualification Requirements
Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications, management, or related fields.
Work Experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in enterprise management and team leadership.
Skills and Competencies:Strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Mandarin ( Due to the need to report and coordinates with HQ located in China) and English for daily work communications.
