Bartender

Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea. alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Operate and maintain relevant equipment, such as coffee brewing tools, blenders, shakers, and taps.
• Ensure the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Keep the bar clean
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Informing the supervisor / manager on customer feedback and / or suggestions

Requirements

• Min 6 months experience as a bartender
• Strong passion for Service
• Willingness to work on a rotating roster
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
