Service Crew

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
• Prepare tables
• Offer menu recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen
• Serve food and beverage orders
• Check cutlery and dishes for cleanliness and presentation
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Clear tables after customers finish dining

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Possess positive attitude and cheerful disposition.
• Possess problem solving, motivating an organization skill.
• Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
• 5 days or 6 days work week
