Account Assistant

Job Description

• Data Entry into the accounting system accurately, including reviewing invoice posting
• Review Account Payable Aging and reconcile the Suppliers’ Statement of Account
• Matching of supplier invoices and response to suppliers in relation to payment matters
• Handling payment vouchers, prepare and processing payments to make sure all payments are authorized
• Response to suppliers about payment matters
• Timely update of reports on Microsoft Excel
• Perform other finance or admin-related ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
