Quantity Surveyor

Considering the expansion of projects and their transition to the live stage, we are actively seeking additional suitable candidates for Tender QS and Contract/Project QS.

1. Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Tendering

Job Overview:

The Tendering QS will focus on preparing cost estimates, evaluating tenders, and providing detailed analysis of project costs during the pre-contract phase. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing and competitive tender submissions.

• Client and Subcontractor Coordination
• Tender Submission

2. Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Contract/Project

Job Overview:

The Contract/Project QS will focus on managing costs during the construction phase of the project. This includes overseeing contract administration, managing project budgets, conducting valuations, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, effective communication with stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of contract law.

General Requirements for Both Roles:

• Minimum 2 years related QS experience
• Proficiency in MS office and AutoCAD
• Must be meticulous, detailed and conscientious with a positive work attitude
• Able to meet tight scheduled deadlines
• Independent and a good team play

The remuneration package will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and job responsibilities.
