The Complete Banker ProgrammeTM (TCB) grooms young, talented and driven individuals to become CIMB’s future leaders. This highly structured programme provides a complete range of banking knowledge and skills by inculcating the right mental attitude and leadership qualities in preparation for the future banking landscape of ASEAN.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s Degree graduate from a reputable university with a strong track record of academic and curricular activities

Eligibility

If you have recently graduated and possess a strong track record of academic excellence, we highly encourage you to apply. This programme puts you on the path to becoming one of the next generation of change-makers.

• Education: Undergraduate or Master’s degree graduates with less than a year of work experience at the time of application. Final-year students are also encouraged to apply.
• Academic Performance: A minimum CGPA of 3.25 or equivalent, Second Upper Class and above
