Administrative Executive, Investment Banking (1 Year Contract)

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the Investment Banking team on a range of administrative duties
• Manage team’s calendars and arrange meetings, including sourcing and booking of meeting/meal venues, etc.
• Assist with travel / lodging arrangements and logistics for both local and overseas trips, including local and overseas clients’ roadshows
• Manage meeting preparations and logistical planning for visiting teams from local and overseas offices
• Assist the IB team on the expense claims, such as travel and medical claims
• Printing and binding of presentations and pitch books
• Assist the team in managing various forums, conferences, seminars and events
• Assist the team in cross border coordination
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• All other administrative duties as required from time to time

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous, well organized, positive personality and able to work in a fast moving environment
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Investment Banking environment and ability to handle roadshow logistics would be ideal
