Test Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Mobile Testing Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Warranty Management-Technology Service Contracts and Parts Management-Tech and Field Service Management-Tech is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.

• Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Utilize SNOW for tracking and managing testing activities and incidents.

• Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process.

• Conduct Manual E2E BPA to ensure comprehensive coverage of business processes.

• Perform mobile testing to ensure compatibility and functionality across various devices.

• Use Rally to manage and track testing progress and deliverables.

• Leverage HP ALM for test management and defect tracking.

• Utilize Jira for issue tracking and project management.

• Apply basic programming skills to automate repetitive testing tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
