Assists in expediting and prioritizing work orders.
Coordinate and manage daily production schedule meetings.
Assists in issuing and tracking production order.
Ensure required materials are supplied to the production floor according to the schedule.
Interface with manufacturing and purchasing personnel regarding material status and production planning issues.
Work with production personnel to ensure orders are processed and completed on time.
Prepare schedules for all production equipment.
Prepare daily Work In Progress (WIP) reports.
Handle projects with tight deadlines.
Ad-hoc duties, perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Min ITE/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, any Engineering Disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Precision Engineering, etc.) or a related field.
At least 2 years’ experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role in manufacturing.
Possess good knowledge in MS Office and ERP system.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
