Job Description:
1) Responsible for monthly financial closing, preparation of journal entries related to GL, audit schedules and bank reconciliation
2) Cashflow management and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for transaction & balances.
3) Assist the finance manager in the preparation of monthly financial and management reports
4) Preparation of balance sheet schedules and perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet
5) Responsible for any ad hoc project assignments or tasks assigned by the supervisor.
6) Cover other GL staff duties during staff absence.
7) To assist in SAP S4 Hana Users’ Acceptance Test for GL and reporting Functionalities.
Job Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification
2) Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
3) Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP system is preferred
4) Team player, good interpersonal skills, keen to learn and possess positive attitude
5) Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
6) Strong analytical skills and attention to details
