We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced individual to provide critical legal and compliance support to a dynamic and expanding organization. This role will be based onsite at our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with various business stakeholders to oversee the delivery of legal and compliance services to support corporate goals and priorities
Provide strategic legal support and advice to senior management and internal departments on a variety of legal and compliance issues
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, such as S&P, SaaS, licensing agreements and/or project-based consultancy agreements
Review and provide recommendations on legal aspects related to ongoing commercial relationships, pre-litigation disputes, and inquiries
Review, improve and/or implement corporate policies and standards regarding legal and compliance matters across the organization
Monitor and address changes in regulatory requirements, ensuring timely compliance and proactive management of legal developments
Provide responsive, time-sensitive legal and compliance support across operational functions.
Lead or support additional projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness
Qualifications & Experience
A Law degree with at least 5 years PQE
Experience in the tech sector is a plus
Admitted to the Singapore Bar and/or equivalent jurisdiction
