Job Description:
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse assistant to be stationed at the SCDF site. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory records, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting day-to-day logistics operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inventory operations at SCDF, including stock receiving, issuing, and returns.
• Ensure accurate recording and updating of inventory data in the system.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and SCDF personnel to ensure timely fulfilment of inventory requests.
• Prepare and generate inventory reports as required.
• Maintain proper storage and housekeeping standards in the inventory area.

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Level or higher qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and be stationed full-time at SCDF premises.
