Regional Tech Lead

As the Regional Technical Lead you will oversee the full software lifecycle for COS, managing both internal and external tech solutions. This includes day-to-day backlog delivery and leading innovative projects. The role requires end-to-end ownership, focusing on creating customer value, driving growth, and aligning with COS's strategic goals. Collaboration with the COS Global Tech team is key to shaping the tech vision and optimizing impact.

This role report to Global Head of Tech Development based in London.

What you will do:

• Create and manage the strategic tech roadmap in the APAC region to deliver more value for our customers.
• Grow tech capabilities in new and existing markets, channels and marketplaces in the APAC region to meet business targets (E.g. sales and profit).
• Create exceptional customer value for COS by developing efficient and consistent tech solutions in collaboration with external partners
• Lead the technical teams across COS, partners and the H&M group to execute on backlog and roadmap
• Bridge the need for technical skill between our business teams in the region and our external partners to drive more outcomes.
• Close collaboration with the global Tech Lead to act, learn and adapt from a regional perspectiveApproach
• Use Agile delivery methodology (e.g. DevSecOps) and include a traditional waterfall model when suited based on delivery objective and collaborative teams.
• Use aligned prioritization model when suited based on delivery objective and collaborative teams.
• Provides market and competitor analysis to relevant stakeholders to secure the right product prioritizations within the roadmap.
• Facilitate ceremonies and planning with external partners and local business teams.
• Recommend and conclude discussions around MVP:s based development, technical capability and architectural landscape with COS functions, H&M Group functions and partners.
• Apply agile mindset and approach across our brand, group functions and partners.
• Use aligned prioritization model based on delivery objective and collaborative teams.

What you need to succeed

• Proven 5 years Experience in Tech Leadership & Delivery
• Experience working in a Regional capacity in Partner & Vednor Management and regional project management
• Experience with working with marketplaces, social shopping channels and other external sales channels in APAC
• Experience on delivering both incremental improvements and bigger projects related to tech
• Strong communicator, experience in detailed documentation, creating and strucured in work
• Experience managing cross-functional teams related to projects
• Familiar with Agile methodology including Scrum, Agile Experience & Tooling Proficiency, in JiraConfluence
• Experience with tech lifecycle (DevSecOps) to drive maximum value
• Strong Business-Driven Tech Mindset
• Commercial skills in partnerships and able to Identify, evaluate and negotiate related to tech opportunities
• Team player who thrive in working in a distributed team setup across different location and timezones.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Singapore office.
