JOB SUMMARY
Support the Admin Manager with day-to-day office operations and staff-related reporting.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle office property matters including building, facilities, and maintenance
  • Manage office renovation and upkeep
  • Review and manage corporate mobile, internet, and related services
  • Handle expatriate and tenancy matters
  • Purchase pantry items, office supplies, and corporate gifts
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff and guests
  • Help organize corporate team-building activities
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous and well-organized
