Printing Machine Maintenance Technician (MNC / 5 Days / Up to $2,500 + AWS + OT / Tuas / Company Transport Provided)

Job Description

• Position: Printing Machine Maintenance Technician
• Well Established US Healthcare Solutions Manufacturing MNC
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 AWS OT
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company Transport Provided
• Outpatient Medical Insurance Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Healthcare Solutions Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Preventive maintenance of existing equipment consisting of blown film, printing and pouching machines.
• Plan and manage new machine additions, improvement and upgrading projects for machines and facilities.
• Leading maintenance team in technical analysis and fault diagnosis together with process team and external vendors to enable the smooth operation of equipment.
• Initiate follow-up corrective action to ensure continued safe and reliable plant operation.
• Execute maintenance activities with vendors & contractors.
• Lead the maintenance team to support day-to-day shift activities, to make sure the engineering related issues are properly communicated by the production team.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profitably.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in any Engineering field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with printing machines.
• Understanding of budgets and business planning.
• Ability to conduct technological analyses.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving attitude & aptitude.
